BDS seeks new and innovative ideas that push the fold of what people expect by continuously pushing to
enhance experiences. Additionally, sustainability is in their DNA. They design to protect and sustain natural surroundings by opting for earth-friendly products and sustainable planting in landscape designs. Regional resources are always the first choice for interior selections.

When BDS starts a project, they pull together a conceptual understanding for the genetic make-up of the
property by discerning who will live there and what they will need to thrive. Then, BDS works with experts to create
the community vision from the type of entrance, landscape, fencing, amenities, down to the types of structures,
signage, floor plans, and lifestyle functionality on all projects.

Founder Carrie Brewer and the BDS team are experts at creating living spaces that are both functional and beautiful, yet always unique while considering what is needed in the community. Working with industry professionals in land development and architecture, they create undeniably remarkable living experiences that are fresh and revitalizing while respecting the genetics and history of the land.

Honoring the environment by opting for earth-friendly products, sustainable planting in landscape designs and regional resources is always first choice for interior selections.
